Video: One Day In Banksy’s Dismaland

  • by

Our friend Butterfly just sent us her latest production in collaboration with Arte Creative which is a brilliant 30 Minutes Documentary on Banksy Bemusement Park Dismaland which happened in Weston-Super-Mare, UK earlier this year.
Dismaland was a temporary art project organised by street artist Banksy, constructed in the seaside resort town of Weston-super-Mare in Somerset, England. Prepared in secret, the pop-up exhibition at the Tropicana, a disused lido, was “a sinister twist on Disneyland” that opened during the weekend of 21 August 2015 and closed permanently on September 27, 2015, 36 days later. Banksy described it as a “family theme park unsuitable for children.”Produced in collaboration with ARTE, this is a must-see so if you didn’t have the chance to visit it in person, make sure to sit back and take a look at this documentary to catch up with Banksy’s latest insane project.
